Stephen Akindona founded Kairos Realty in 2020. He wanted to build a business that you can trust to help make the buying, selling and investing process smooth, understandable, and leave you feeling empowered in your decision. Stephen has the experience, the knowledge and professionalism you will need in closing a successful transaction. He is uniquely suited to handle any real estate need you may have because he has seen and done it all! With hundreds of transactions closed, buyers, sellers and investors working with Kairos Realty have been blown away by the family feel and the customer service provided to them.
Stephen is married to his beautiful wife Eunice and enjoys playing gospel and jazz piano in his downtime!

EUNICE AKINDONA
Design Director
Eunice Akindona along with her husband Stephen founded Kairos Realty in 2020. Endeavoring to build a trustworthy business, they set out to make the buying, selling, and investing process smooth, understandable, and empowering. Eunice brings extensive design knowledge and experience to the company and is currently completing her Master's Degree in Architecture. She is excited to contribute her exemplary interior, exterior and graphic design skills to the team. Eunice is passionate about the opportunity to propel sustainable design within the Real Estate market and add to the beauty of the landscape of the city of Memphis.
When she is not working, Eunice enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, improving her amateur skills in the culinary arts, singing, and serving in her local church choir.
JOHN JONES
Agent / Construction Manger
John Jones joined the Kairos Realty team in June 2020. He was motivated to become an expert in Real Estate not solely for the benefit of his family but for the benefit of the Memphis community. Since joining, John has embodied our values of professionalism, market expertise, quality services, and client success and satisfaction!
John focuses primarily on our team of contractors to ensure quality renovations and doing so in an efficient manner so our clients can benefit from high performing properties. He is passionate about enriching the Memphis market both financially and aesthetically.
John lives in the Memphis area with his beautiful wife and two cool kids! When he's not at church or spending time with family, he enjoys watching movies and stand-up comedy and is passionate about health/fitness.
LOREN CULANAG
Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator
Loren joined the Kairos Realty team in 2021 and has had a huge impact on the smooth operation of processes at Kairos Realty. Loren manages the flow of all communication, contracts, and anything organizational at Kairos.
When Loren is not busy keeping everybody at Kairos organized she loves to hang out with her family and watch movies and tv shows.
